RV Dump Stations provides a free online directory of RV sanitary dump station locations across the United States. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. User Submissions

The Site allows users to submit new dump station listings and related information ("Submissions"). By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• Your Submission is accurate and based on your own knowledge or direct experience
• You have the right to submit the information and it does not violate any third-party rights
• Your Submission does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content

By submitting content, you grant RV Dump Stations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Submission as part of the Site's directory. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any Submission at our sole discretion.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

The information in our directory is provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or error-free. Dump station availability, hours, fees, and amenities can change without notice.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before relying on it. We strongly recommend confirming dump station details directly with the facility or property before visiting, particularly regarding hours of operation, fees, and current availability.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, code, and original content (excluding user submissions) are owned by RV Dump Stations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

The names, logos, or trademarks of third parties referenced on the Site (including campgrounds, parks, and other businesses) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
